TNS energo Group of Companies and TGC-2 to cooperate in serving residents of the Yaroslavl region

At the meeting, an agreement was reached on cooperation between the companies over the organisation of services to customers of TNS energo and TGC-2 in the Yaroslavl region. The idea of the organisation of an integrated system of calculating payments for energy consumption was first raised for discussion and detailed development at a workshop in the spring. At this meeting the executives discussed joint action in the organisation of a payment acceptance network, involving both face-to-face and remote consulting with customers, as well as the holding of joint events aimed at increasing the level of payment discipline.

Alexey Sitdikov, Deputy General Director for Development of the PJSC TNS energo Group of Companies, said: “The main objective we see for cooperation between the two companies is in improving customer service quality, the creation of new convenient services based both on existing technology and on the previous experience of the TNS energo Group and of TGC-2. We are currently also carrying out similar negotiations in other regions where the holding operates”.

Pyotr Zarubin, Deputy General Director and Director for Commercial Affairs of OJSC TGC-2, said: “Bringing together the efforts of TGC-2 and the TNS energo Group with the aim of improving the quality of customer service for energy consumers in the Yaroslavl region could provide an excellent example for other regions. In the current conditions, there is no alternative to the development of existing potential capacities in relation to cost savings and the building of a client oriented calculation system based on implementing the best practices of the country’s leading power supply companies. I am sure that, in the very near future, our consumers will see the benefits of our efforts”.
