Technopromexport Engineering LLC submits a petition to Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service for trust management of 25% of TNS energo shares

TNS energo had previously concluded an agreement on the transfer of 25% plus 1 share to Technopromexport Engineering Company LLC for trust management, and this remained valid one year, providing Technopromexport with the right subsequently to purchase this block of shares within the above term.

The transaction will allow the companies to move to a new level of cooperation, as well as to achieve synergy through uniting their competencies and resources while increasing the competitiveness of the enterprises themselves.
