Shares of the PJSC TNS energo Group of Companies included in Moscow Stock Exchange Second Quotation List
TNS energo Group shares are now included in the Second Quotation List of the Moscow Stock Exchange(as from 10 November 2015).
This quotation list enables an issuer to increase its investment limits for institutional investors (including insurance companies and companies that manage the finances of the National Welfare Fund companies).

For investors, this kind of higher quotation level is an indicator of the quality and reliability of any security related to it.

The Group’s shares were already included, simultaneously, in three indices of the Moscow Stock Exchange: the broad market index, the second tier index and the electrical energy index, and thishad opened up prospects for the issuer’s securities to be included in the Bank of Russia’s Lombard List. In future this will also allow the TNS holding to open credit lines with more attractive interest rates.

Note that shares of the PJSC TNS energo Group started trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange on 17 June 2015. The trading code is TNSE.
