PJSC TNS energo Group of Companies, VTB Bank and A3 Payment Service sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum held from 16-18 June, Dmitry Arzhanov, General Director of the PJSC TNS energo Group of Companies, Yuri Soloviev, the First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank and Artur Khrimyan, General Director of the А3 company signed a trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation.

The document was signed in order to implement a pilot project to establish a chain of unified settlement centres covering all the utilities, but based on the guaranteeing energy suppliers that form part of the TNS energo Group of Companies. Within this framework of cooperation, a centralised system for payments to utilities and energy providers has been created for the public.

Dmitry Arzhanov, said,
“The guaranteeing energy suppliers already perform settlements with all individuals in each region. Therefore, the creation of a single payment document, based on the settlement system of such guaranteeing suppliers, is particularly efficient. 

Yuri Soloviev added, 
“VTB places special emphasis on projects aimed at improving the quality of life of the Russian population. The Memorandum signed today will enable the Bank to participate in a pilot project for creating a comfortable and transparent system for paying utility bills”. 

Artur Khrimyan (A3) noted that this partnership was another step towards the development of a technological infrastructure solution simplifying communications between utility consumers and suppliers.
