57 companies representing almost all the regions of Russia competed for victory in 5 categories. The jury’s system for assessing the competitors evened out the chances of large and small companies in becoming winners. The key criteria were: transparency, social responsibility, client-centeredness, power sales and power saving and the variety of services provided.
