A wide range of services ison offer that areuseful for advanced Internet users. However, at the same time, the interests of people, who do not want, or do not have an opportunity to use computers, have been taken into consideration. The quality of face-to-face communication between visitors and the Company has been organised on a completely new level."

The TNS energo Group of Companies is already developing various methods of remote customer service with regard to paying bills and submitting meter readings etc. But amongst our customers, there are still many people, who prefer to bring their billinto an office, so that they can ask a CSC specialist their questions in person. That is why this form of face-to-face communication between our subscribers and ourselves remains relevant, and we shall continue to pay a great deal of attention to ensuringthe convenience of this type of interaction. Vasily Sitdikov
