The «Nagorny» CSC works withelectricity consumers, both individuals and legal entities, fr om the upland part of Nizhny Novgorod— residents of the Sovetsky, Nizhegorodsky and Prioksky districts. This new CSC is now the largest in the TNS energo Group: the premises have a total area of 380 square metres and include 21service windows as well asa meeting room wh ere any complex issues involving individual clients can be addressed in complete privacy.
Visitors to the CSC enjoy awelcoming environment: a spacious well-lit room, equipped with comfortable waiting seats, a coffee machine, drinking water coolers, and an up-to-date air conditioning and ventilationsystem. Appropriate provision has also been made for customers with disabilities — such asramps, wide aisles andspecialisedtoilet facilities.
The office is equipped with an Electronic Queuing System, to optimise the customer service process and to increase the productivity of the CSC representatives. There are also five information kiosks where customers can submit meter readings, pay electricity bills using their bank cardsormake the fullest use of the online services of his/her guaranteeing supplier. The "Nagorny"CSCis staffed by fully qualified consultants, who are always ready to assist visitors in mastering the digital technology.
