JSC TNS energo Karelia successfully passes QMS certification audit

The company had its initial experience of management system certification last year, when it passed its first QMS certification audit. 

The purpose of the certification audit was monitoring of the quality management system. Primarily, the attention of the auditors was focused on the services, provided by the company. The specialists made a thorough analysis of each step in the communications between the company’s employees and its customers. From the date of its establishment, JSC TNS energo Karelia has been carrying out systematic work on enhancing the level of confidence among its customers in the region. All the company staff are involved in the QMS processes: their daily activities, at all levels, are aimed at forming and developing mutually beneficial relationships with consumers and partners.
