Except for OJCS Kubanenergosbyt, all the guaranteeing suppliers which are part of the TNS energo Group will be renamed and begin working under the single brand of 'TNS energo' in each of their regions.

The main purpose of these changes is to provide a unification of visual standards, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and creating a single corporate identity for the Group.

The decisions on the renaming of the holding's energy retail companies were approved at annual general meetings of the shareholders (members) of the subsidiaries of the PJSC TNS energo Group of Companies, which were held between May and June 2015.

The new names of the subsidiaries will consist of the name of the managing company — TNS energo — and the name of the region on the territory of which the guaranteeing supplier carries out its activities:

TNS energo Velikiy Novgorod LLC
JSC TNS energo Tula
JSC TNS energo Karelia
PJSC TNS energo Voronezh
PJSC TNS energo Rostov-on-Don
PJSC TNS energo Nizhny Novgorod
PJSC TNS energo Mari El
PJSC TNS energo Yaroslavl

The renaming is being carried out whilst preserving all the previous rights and obligations of the regional energy retail companies with regard to their clients.

— Our task is to create a recognisable federal brand, which will become one of the strategic tools of management for the long term development and increase in the business capitalisation of the company. Furthermore, a single brand will allow more than seven thousand employees from different republics, provinces and regions to feel that they are fully-fledged members of one big TNS energo team, — said Dmitry Arzhanov, the General Director of the PJSC TNS energo Group of Companies.
