The deal became possible as a result of discussions and the studies of projects and initiatives which are of interest to both parties. The signed agreement will achieve synergy through combining the competences and resources of the key players in this market, in what will, in its turn, improve the competitiveness of the companies themselves as well as the quality of life of the ordinary public.”

Madina Suyunova, Director General of EC Technopromexport LLC, added, “This transaction will enable us to move to a new level of cooperation with TNS energo. It is the highest-ranking energy market operator and is represented in the11 regions of the Russian Federation that are key for Rostec. The main objective of such cooperation is to improve the reliability of electricity supplies to State Corporation enterprises. It is also important to note that the possibility for large-scale implementation and development of the up-to-date practices of Rostec under the aegis of TNS energo will enable us to break new ground in this industry.
