JSC Kubanenergosbyt has noticed improvements in the payment discipline of its consumers

Specialists from the Power Sales Management Board of Kubanskaya sbytovaya have pointed out significant improvements in the payment discipline of its consumers. Thus, as of 1 January 2013, overdue account receivables, had decreased by RUR 1.2 million (0.2%).
To help in reducing consumers’ energy debts JSC Kubanenergosbyt is taking a number of measures aimed at arranging for the repayment of accumulated debts on a monthly basis. These measures include informing citizens of their existing debts using an automatic redialing system, and close cooperation with the executive authorities. Furthermore, the company also works to reclaim money from unreliable payers, to reduce their debts.
It should be noted that JSC Kubanenergosbyt can restrict power consumption in exceptional cases when unscrupulous consumers do not express a readiness to conduct a constructive dialogue with the supplier and fail to make any attempt to repay their accumulated debts.

The activities of Kubanskaya sbytovaya are guided, primarily, by the interests of consumers and it builds relations with both its consumers and partners on the basis of mutual trust and mutual responsibility. “We focus on improving the quality and range of services we offer to our clients”, says Vitaly Rozhkov, the Managing Director of JSC Kubanenergosbyt.
